I first met Kandy Hines in 2010 upon purchasing my first investment property at Gulf Shores. Having been in real estate myself previously, I was a little nervous being the buyer in an unknown area. Kandy could not have been more receptive or knowledgeable. "I casually asked Dotty Lou through an email about a house I saw for sale that she did not have listed. Thirty minutes later she called me with all the details and suggested we set up an appointment to see the house. I told her anytime that was convenient with her but it would have to be a great deal or something I had to have. I was serious about a house in Orange Beach but I also did not want to waste her time.
