So much fun to be had here for sure. The fireplace is wood burning but has propane running to it help light it. TV and electrical jacks are outside for a TV to be mounted to enjoy your show of the day. Don't sit here unless you want magical moments.

This home has a 600 AMP service. 2 tankless H2O heaters, one for each side of the home and a tank for the heated floors throughout the main house. All PEX plumbing. This site also has a 100 gallon propane tank owned on site.
3 HVAC units. One per floor and one just for AC in the main room with the tall ceilings. Generator comes on automatically and does almost the whole home. Generator just serviced. Don't forget the heated floors as well so not much heat needed.
