Dotty Lou Farias has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1984 in the state of Alabama. She has been blessed to sell real estate, and lots of it, all along the Alabama Gulf Coast for 33 years, of which 23 years has been with RE/MAX of Gulf Shores.

Kandy joined "The Pro Team" in October of 2003. However, Kandy’s real estate career began in 1992 in Tallahassee, Florida where she was the Property Manager for a large luxury apartment home community for 5 years. She moved to the Alabama gulf coast to explore new opportunities with the development team for The Beach Club resort where she spent the next 6 years of implementation and ongoing structure of the on-site rental management program for the 656 gulf front condominiums there. During 2004 to 2007 Kandy also brokered and managed the sales and marketing for numerous new condominium developments planned for the area.
Kandy is certified as a Resort Property Specialist and has been strongly focused in residential real estate sales, development sales and property management for many years. She has been actively involved with Baldwin REALTORS® since 2015 and served as its association President in 2019. For Kandy, this has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the ever-changing real estate industry and the gulf coast market. “No two real estate transactions are the same and no two REALTORS® are the same. James Calvert joined “The Pro Team” in 2004 after emigrating from London, England where he started his Real Estate career in 1984. In 1993 he opened his own real estate company, Tylden-Lofts & Calvert, based in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, London, England. The company handled all aspects of real estate including sales, rentals, management, investment & development.
